After working for 17 years with E. R Squibb, the merger of Squibb and Bristol-Myers offered an opportunity for an early retirement and a career change. JP trained with "Housemaster of America" and graduated from The National Institute of Building Inspection.
JP established Sedona Home Inspection, Inc., in 1991. He holds an Arizona State Home Inspector Certification (#38097) and has performed thousands of high-quality inspections in the Sedona area. He is well educated in construction practices in Arizona and Sedona.
“JP’s service was distinguished by competence, thoroughness, attention to detail, professionalism and strong work ethic. We recommend JP without qualification.”
